Kevin Kauffman specializes in research, tech support, GIS, and graphic design for commercial real estate. Based in Tennessee, he assists with mapping, trade area analysis, and visual presentation for site selection and brokerage projects.

Before transitioning to real estate, Kevin was a teacher and resource coordinator for the University of Tennessee and Knox County Schools from 2015 to 2024, teaching a variety of academic and enrichment subjects to elementary school students. His background in education, combined with experience with information technology and visual communication, provides a unique perspective in analyzing market trends and optimizing site selection strategies.

An Eagle Scout, Kevin has a lifelong commitment to problem-solving and adaptability. Outside of work, he is an avid musician and artist, enjoys cooking and fermentation, and has an interest in video game development. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Anthropology from the University of Tennessee Chattanooga.
